September 11, 2014Are you a mother who has taken a maternity leave from work or an employer who has experienced employees within your organization taking maternity leave(s)?
Calgary Career Counselling, in partnership with The Vanier Institute of the Family, is currently looking for survey participants to understand the experiences of women on maternity leave, as well as employer perceptions regarding employees’ transition to and from maternity leave.
This study has been developed with the support of CERIC and the survey will be open for participation throughout the fall of 2014 (September-November) to both women and employers across Canada. Your experiences will provide valuable insight into understanding and improving maternity leave career transitions.

All identifying information will remain confidential and anonymous. The study has been approved by the University of Calgary Conjoint Faculties Research Ethics Board.
