For the first time CERIC is partnering with the British Columbia Career Development Association (BCCDA) on a new webinar series – Strengthening the Skills of Career Development Leaders, starting March 1.

This 4-part webinar series, facilitated by a panel of experts within the career development sector, including Roberta Neault, Deirdre Pickerell, Tannis Goddard and Tom Burnell, is designed to provide emerging and established leaders with an overview of leadership competencies for diverse contexts.

Sessions in the webinar will include:

  • Leadership 101 – An Overview of Leadership Competencies (Tuesday, March 1, 2016, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm ET)
  • Policy, Program Design and Proposal Writing (Tuesday, March 22, 2016, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm ET)
  • Leading People and Partnerships – The Role of Human Resource Management (Tuesday, April 5, 2016, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm ET)
  • Operational Logistics, Fiscal Management and Evaluation (Tuesday, April 19, 2016, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm ET)

Participants can choose to register for the entire series ($159) or individual webinars ($45). A discount is available for BCCDA members.
