November 29, 2024Elysia Vaccarino is the Manager, Research Initiatives, at CERIC. Her responsibilities include advancing the national research goals and funding priorities of CERIC. Elysia holds nearly a decade of experience leading research in both academic and non-profit settings. She is committed to leveraging research in educational contexts and mobilizing and disseminating the resulting knowledge. In particular, Elysia has taught in the Psychology Departments at York University and Toronto Metropolitan University and worked independently as a research consultant, providing strategy within education, health and equity-focused spaces. Elysia holds both a PhD and MA in Social Psychology from York University.
