This two-part webinar series (March 31 and April 7, 2026) helps practitioners translate AI-driven change into clear, human-centred language and strategies that support clients’ confidence, agency and adaptability.
Strengthening LinkedIn strategy and visibility
In LinkedIn Has Changed – Has Your Coaching?, Michelle Schafer equips career professionals with practical strategies to help clients build authentic, credible online presences. Challenging Career Myths, Beliefs and Mindsets: Turning Limits into Possibilities is a free webinar taking place April 10, 2026, led by JP Michel and Keka DasGupta. The session helps practitioners recognize common career myths and use facilitation-based strategies to support clients in reframing limiting beliefs and building confidence, motivation and meaningful action at any stage of their career journey.
Reimagining growth through play
The Playful Shift: Reimagining Career Growth Through Game-Based Practice, led by Anna Boltenko (April 14, 21 and 28, 2026), introduces evidence-informed, game-based approaches grounded in positive psychology and adult learning research. The series supports practitioners in fostering engagement, experimentation and resilience during complex career transitions.

All paid webinar series include access to session recordings, which remain available for one month following the final session. Individual certificates of attendance are provided for each paid webinar in the series. Organizations registering five or more participants at the same time qualify for a 20% group discount.
On-demand learning available through CERIC’s Learning Hub
CERIC’s Learning Hub offers additional professional development opportunities, including online courses and 16 on-demand webinars available in both free and paid formats. The platform enables participants to track their progress, earn certificates of completion and build skills at their own pace.
6-week certificate program with CASE
In addition to the spring webinar lineup, CERIC continues to offer its 6-week online certificate program, An Intersectional Approach to Supporting Career Development, developed in partnership with CASE. The program equips participants with practical tools to support jobseekers with intersecting identities, particularly those who are Black, Indigenous, Persons of Colour and/or experience disabilities (BIPOC-D). Participants explore strategies to advance inclusive, strengths-based career support and navigate conversations about racism, ableism and bias.
