PAID WEBINAR SERIES
Tuesdays, March 31, & April 7, 2026 | 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM ET
Artificial intelligence has moved rapidly from experimentation to expectation across most sectors – including the career development sector, reshaping how work is organized, evaluated and experienced. As a result, AI is quietly rewriting the questions people ask about their careers, and career development professionals (CDPs) are now seeing clients whose confidence, anxiety and decision-making are shaped by AI-driven systems, shifting employers’ expectations and unclear signals about which skills and career pathways truly matter.
This two-part webinar series focuses on how practitioners can:
This webinar is designed for CDPs who are navigating a moment where technological change is reshaping not just jobs but the entire career landscape. Rather than trying to forecast the future of individual roles, this two-part series focuses on helping practitioners assess how these technologies are reshaping career systems as a whole. Participants will build clearer and more confident language for discussing automation, augmentation and uncertainty with clients, while deepening their understanding of how the nature of work itself is changing beyond task level shifts.
The series will also offer participants strategies on how to support clients in rebuilding confidence and agency when traditional markers of progress no longer feel reliable. By the end of the series, participants will feel better equipped to contextualize AI impacts in practical, human terms – without requiring technical expertise or tool mastery – so they can stay focused on judgment, guidance and meaningful career decision-making in a continuously evolving environment.
