The features you know and love about the web site, including the job board, events listings and publications remain. Some of the exciting additions to the new contactpoint.ca include:
- Create a profile, upload a picture and start or contribute to discussions with other community members via discussion forums and groups
- A new directory of Promising Practices that will showcase and celebrate successful career development programs and initiatives across Canada and beyond
- Post your resume to an enhanced job board that includes the option to sign up for job alerts when new postings are added that meet your criteria
- Easily accessible on all of your mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets
- A wiki section enables you to share your expertise in this people-powered encyclopedia of career development

The ContactPoint website was first launched in 1997 and has since become the “go-to” interactive hub for Canada’s multi-sectoral career development community with an average of more than 10,000 visitors a month. The site is also home to the popular CareerWise newsletter and the new Careering magazine.
