You only have until this Friday at midnight PT to get your proposal in for Cannexus14! We welcome submissions that explore innovative approaches in career development. With more than 800 delegates expected, this is an excellent opportunity to profile your research, promising practice or expertise.

The bilingual Cannexus National Career Development Conference will take place January 20-22, 2014 at the Ottawa Convention Centre. Conference delegates can listen to four world-class keynotes and choose from 100 education sessions. Delegates can also deepen their learning by attending the intensive pre-conference workshops.

Sessions can take the form of a presentation, roundtable or panel. Several themes have been identified to assist presenters in targeting the content of their sessions, including: Effective Counselling & Facilitation Techniques; Current & Future Trends in Careers; Current & New Technology/Tools; Mentorship & Entrepreneurship; and Marginalized Client Populations. These are examples only, your ideas and suggestions are welcome.

Cannexus is presented by CERIC and supported by The Counselling Foundation of Canada with a broad network of supporting organizations.
