July 23, 2015CERIC is pleased to announce ChatterHigh as the organization’s first Title Sponsor. As the exclusive Career Community Leader Sponsor, ChatterHigh will have a presence across CERIC’s programs for the next year, including as the Platinum Sponsor of the Cannexus16 National Career Development Conference.
ChatterHigh is a web application that actively engages teens with career and post-secondary information. The activity is gamified to make the experience positive and also to build a sense of community around exploration. The site is designed for use in grade 6-12 classes by career educators.
CERIC will be a sponsor for ChatterHigh’s first National Post-Secondary & Career Exploration Competition, running from October 26-December 4, 2015. This “edugaming” event will have students, parents, teachers and counsellors across Canada discover useful career information online, as they raise funds for their own schools and for classrooms being built through Free The Children.
