August 22, 2012Get the inside scoop on the philanthropic sector and learn first-hand how foundations work in a free webinar on Sept. 13 at 1:00 pm ET.
Moderated by Elisha Muskat, Executive Director, Ashoka Canada, the webinar features three panellists:
- Dana Vocisano, The J.W. McConnell Family Foundation
- Dani Mailing, Small Change Fund
- Mario R, Gravelle, The Counselling Foundation of Canada
A key objective of the 90-minute webinar is to share experiences about how to approach foundations, from developing an idea, program or project, to looking for funding support and tips about relationship building.
The webinar is hosted by the Circle on Philanthropy and Aboriginal Peoples in Canada, an open network to promote giving, sharing and philanthropy in Aboriginal communities across the country.
CERIC’s activities are funded in large part by The Counselling Foundation of Canada, a family foundation that has actively supported career projects for more than 50 years.
