- Creation of the Glossary of Career Development to help move Canadians towards a common vocabulary and shared understanding of career development
- Hosting another record Cannexus National Career Development Conference and adding new elements such as Spark!, a take on TED Talks
Ten major projects that CERIC has funded are explored in the words of the project partners. Projects cover important career development issues such as those related to mental health, refugee youth, maternity leave, post-secondary students, as well as the professional practice of career development.
The annual report includes a review of major activities from the past year across CERIC’s three strategic priorities: Research & Learning, Community Hub & Collaboration and Advocacy & Profile, as well as an overview of financial performance in 2014. Special thanks is also made to CERIC’s funder The Counselling Foundation of Canada, past and current volunteers, staff and a broad network of supporting organizations.
